Marriages In Victory (MIV) is the English language ministry of Matrimonios En Victoria (MEV). The purpose of MIV it to provide English speaking couples the same charisma as MEV within its retreats and weekly follow up meetings. MIV is MEV only we do it in English.
MIV began to minister to English speaking couples in 2002 with retreats and the weekly meeting within the parishes of Saint Tomas the Apostle and Saint Timothy until 2014; when the ministry went in to a hiatus.
In 2018, God rekindled the need for MIV to return into action and provided the ministry with a new home at Saint Louis Catholic Church Community were Fr. Paul Vuturo (Pastor) graciously opened the door of Saint Louis to MIV. MIV is blessed to be part of this vibrant parish community with a passion to minister to others.
This passion is at the core of MEV/MIV’s mission and we look forward to support and serve the Saint Louis community by providing all married couples the opportunity to live their marriage sacrament within the teachings of Christ on a daily bases; through our retreats, but more importantly within a marriage community that meets on a weekly bases were married couples continue their spiritual growth, enrich their faith, and the minister to each other as well as the community.
